While the PlayStation audience is loyal to their brand of gaming console, they don’t consider themselves part of the larger Sony ecosystem. For this campaign, we needed to find a way to integrate the Sony Rewards program into the same orbit as Sony PlayStation, influence gamers’ brand preference, drive revenue and build awareness for the benefits of Sony's loyalty program.
By integrating gamification and leveraging an intergalactic theme to coincide with the Destiny game launch, the campaign made the loyalty program relevant and engaging for gamers and increased transactions by repeat purchasers by over 40%.

For this campaign targeted at Wheel Watchers, we created a fun and familiar game to engage Wheel of Fortune fans with the Sony Rewards program. After spinning the wheel at an interstitial page, the user is taken to a shopping experience where, for a limited time, they can earn 5X the rewards.

For this retention marketing campaign, we targeted one-time Sony customers with an interest in PlayStation products. By integrating information about the rewards program with relevant products and content, we turned single purchase customers into existing customers, increasing their value to the brand by 198%.
